  • All shipments are sent from Sydney local warehouse via Australia Post. Orders place before 1pm Mon-Fri will be shipped on the same day. Orders place on weekends or public holidays are shipped within 2 business days.

  • Homebush warehouse opens for pickup between 10am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. If you don’t think you’ll be able to pick up your order within 5 business days after receiving notification, please contact us via FB messenger.
  • Customer will need to pay for postage again if a parcel is returned back to us because: 1. The parcel fails to deliver due to incorrect address, 2. Courier fails to contact the customer with phone and notification card.
